Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has started online applications for JDA Ganga Vihar Residential Plot Scheme 2025 to offer affordable residential plots to Jaipur city residents. This new residential plot scheme by JDA includes 233 plots in a prime area near Bassi Village and close to Bassi Railway Station, about 2.5 km from Jaipur-Agra Highway. Eligible person can apply for JDA Ganga Vihar Plot Scheme online on the official website and allotment will be done through a lottery system.
The price of the residential plots under Ganga Vihar Scheme is Rs. 14,000 per square meter. Interested applicants can submit their forms online from 13th May 2025 to 12th June 2025 through the official JDA portal at jaipurjda.org.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be permanent residents of Rajasthan and have lived in Jaipur for at least 10 years.

- Economically Weaker Section (EWS): Up to Rs. 3,00,000
- Low-Income Group (LIG): INR 3,00,001 to Rs. 6,00,000
- Middle-Income Group B (MIG-B): Rs. 12,00,001 to Rs. 18,00,000
- High-Income Group (HIG): Rs. 18,00,001 to Rs. 20,00,000
- Applicant must be over 18 years old.
- Applicants or their spouses must not already own a residential plot or house in Jaipur.
