What is Thalliki Vandanam Eligible List?
Eligible List of Thalliki Vandanam Scheme contains the names of mothers/guardians who qualify for the scheme based on the following criteria.
a) Family Income:
- If you live in a village, your total family income should be Rs. 10,000 or less per month.
- If you live in a town or city, it should be Rs. 12,000 or less per month.
b) Rice Card:
- At least one member in your family must have a rice card.
c) Land Ownership:
- Your family should own less than 3 acres of wet land, OR
- Less than 10 acres of dry land, OR
- Less than 10 acres total (if both wet and dry land are combined).
d) Vehicle Ownership:
- If anyone in your family owns a car or jeep (4-wheeler), you cannot apply.
- But if it’s a taxi, tractor, or auto, you can still apply.
e) Electricity Use:
- Your family (whether you live in your own or rented house) should use less than 300 electricity units per month on average (calculated over 12 months).
f) Municipal Property:
- Your family should not own any municipal property (like a flat or house) that is 1,000 sq. ft. or bigger.
g) Government Job or Pension:
- If anyone in your family works for the Central or State Government, PSU, or gets a government pension, you cannot apply.
- Exceptions:
- Sanitation workers can apply.
- Employees who get a salary less than Rs. 10,000/month in rural areas and less than Rs. 12,000/month in urban areas can also apply.
h) Income Tax:
- If any family member pays Income Tax, you cannot apply.
i) Household Database:
- Your name must be in the household database of Andhra Pradesh State.
- If only your child’s name is in the database (not yours), the department will do a field check and may add your name if you are eligible.
j) Children’s Education:
- Your child should be studying in Class 1 to 12 in a school or junior college that is recognized by the Andhra Pradesh government (government, private aided, or private unaided, including residential schools/colleges).
- Students doing ITI/Polytechnic/IIIT or other similar courses with fee reimbursement are not eligible.
k) Orphans and Street Children:
- Orphans and street children going to school with help from voluntary groups are eligible after their details are confirmed.
l) Aadhaar-linked Bank Account:
- The mother’s bank account should be linked with Aadhaar for direct money transfer.
m) School Attendance:
- The student must have at least 75% attendance in this academic year to get benefits next year.
- If the child drops out or does not attend at least 75%, they will not get the benefit next year.
n) New Admissions (Class 1 & 11):
- For new admissions in Class 1 and Class 11, financial help will be given after enrollment is completed for the 2025-26 academic year.

The official beneficiary management portal (WEA/WWDS/DA/WEDPS login) at https://gsws.ap.gov.in to check Thalliki Vandanam Eligibility list.
Login Using Aadhar
Click on the login button on the homepage and then enter your Aadhar number, captcha code and click login button.
Open BM Reports
Now click on the Reports Module and then BM Reports under the left side menu.
Now select year 2025-2026 from the scheme year, Thalliki Vandanam from the scheme name
Final Report
Now click on Final Eligible List or Final Ineligible List links under the R3. Final reports section.
