Tamil Nadu MGNREGA Job Card List for 2025 has been released on the official NREGA website at nrega.nic.in. You can now check your name online in 2025-26 Tamil Nadu NREGA job card list or download the complete gram panchayat wise job card list in PDF format.
MGNREGA, or Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, aims to provide unskilled manual work of up to 100 days in a financial year to each job card holder in the country.
As on 25th May 2025, Tamil Nadu has a total of 37 districts, 388 blocks, and 12,525 Gram Panchayats participating under the MGNREGA scheme. Till now, 85.34 lakh job cards have been issued across the state. There are about 109.75 lakh registered workers under the scheme, out of which 74.52 lakh job cards remain active. The number of active workers currently stands at 88.11 lakh. Notably, Scheduled Caste (SC) workers make up 28% of the active workforce, while Scheduled Tribe (ST) workers account for 1.72% of the active workers in Tamil Nadu.

Check Name in Tamil Nadu Job Card List
STEP 1: Visit the Tamil Nadu reports page of NREGA website at this link: Tamil Nadu Reports
STEP 2: State “TAMIL NADU” will be automatically selected on the top of the options. Select Financial Year 2025-26, District, Block and Gram Panchayat from the options on the page.
STEP 3: Click on “Proceed” button after completing all the details, and the complete list of NREGA job cards for the selected gram panchayat will be displayed in the next page as shown below.
STEP 4: If you want to check your name in the list, press “ctrl+f” button in your computer or use “Find in Page” option in your mobile phone.
STEP 5: Type the name you want to search for in the search box and hit enter button or click the search icon. Matching names will be highlighted in the list.
STEP 6: If there are multiple matching names, you can verify your name by clicking on the job card number and then verifying your family details in the job card details.

On the job card list page, press “CTRL+P” button in your keyboard and then select “Save to PDF” in the destination option and other options as shown in below image, then click “Save” button.
