Below is the complete Online Registration Process for Vishwakarma Yojana

The beneficiary registration for PM Vishwakarma Yojana is very simple, any Indian citizen who fulfills the eligibility criteria of Vishwakarma Yojana can register by visiting the nearest common service center (CSC).

For registration under the scheme, following documents will be required from the beneficiary.

• Aadhaar Card
• Mobile Number
• Bank details (If a beneficiary does not have a bank account, he/she will be first required to open a bank account for which hand-holding will be done by CSC)
• Ration card – In case of a beneficiary not having a ration card, he/she is required to produce Aadhaar numbers of all family members. (Para 4 (iv) of the guidelines on Eligibility may be referred to for definition of family)

The given bank account will be the preferred account to receive scheme benefits, i.e. loan amount, toolkit incentive and stipend.

The beneficiary may be required to provide additional documents or information as may be prescribed.

How to Register for Vishwakarma Yojana Online?

Interested applicants can visit the nearest CSC (Common service center) along with all the required documents and get themselves registered under the scheme by furnishing the correct documents and required details.

The applicant can not apply directly, but with the help of the CSCs through Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs).

CSCs will provide hand-holding support to the beneficiaries to assess their key requirements and opt for benefits available under the Scheme. At the time of application, the beneficiaries will be made aware of the Skill Up-gradation component of the Scheme.

Verification Process

After the initial Vishwakarma yojana registration at the CSC, a 3 step verification process will start which will check for the eligibility, documents and details of the registered beneficiary.

STEP 1: The first step of checking starts at the local level. For artisans and craftspeople registered under the PM Vishwakarma scheme, the Gram Panchayat Head or Urban Local Body (ULB) Executive Head will verify the details. This may involve the help of the Gram Sevak or Panchayat Secretary to ensure the information provided by the beneficiaries is correct. The verification will include checking family details to make sure only one eligible member per family is registered. Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) will collect and submit this information, which the Gram Panchayat Head or ULB Executive Head will certify.

STEP 2: Once the Gram Panchayat or ULB verification is complete, the details will be forwarded online to the District Implementation Committee. This committee will review the information and give their recommendation, ensuring the application has been thoroughly vetted.

STEP 3: The final step is approval by the Screening Committee. This committee will review the recommendations from the District Implementation Committee. It will be led by an officer from the Office of DC-MSME and include members like the State Lead Bank Manager and representatives from the MSDE. Their role is to oversee and approve the final registration of beneficiaries.

Submission and approval process of application by the beneficiary shall be followed by a three-step verification which, if successfully completed will lead to registration under PM Vishwakarma Yojana.

In the last step, after your registration is verified, you can apply for different components under the scheme.
