Mahila Rojgar Yojana Form PDF: Bihar government has started online and offline application forms under Mukhyamantri Mahila Rojgar Yojana from 7th September 2025. Under this scheme, one woman from every family in Bihar will get ₹10,000 directly into her bank account as the first installment for starting a new small business. The state government has released the Mahila Rojgar Yojana Form PDF on the official portal mmry.brlps.in. Women can download this form online or get it from their local Jeevika group office. Both online and offline applications for this scheme have already started from 7th September 2025.

Step 1: Visit the official website of the scheme at mmry.brlps.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the “Application Process” option.
Step 3: Select the “Application Form PDF” under the offline application section.
Step 4: The form will open in PDF format which you can download and print.
Step 5: Fill in all required details, attach necessary documents, and submit the form at your ALO/CRP office.
Women who are part of Jeevika groups don’t need to download the form PDF. They will get it directly at their local Jeevika office during group meetings.
