Jeevika 10000 Yojana Form - Apply Online for Bihar Women Employment Scheme

Jeevika 10000 Yojana Form is now available for women in Bihar under the Mukhyamantri Mahila Rojgar Yojana. Through this scheme, the government is providing ₹10,000 to one woman in every family to start a small business directly into their bank accounts. Based on the progress in business, women can also get up to ₹2 lakh loan support after 6 months.

The scheme is being run by the Rural Development Department & Jeevika Group with support from the Urban Development Department. Online and offline applications for this Jeevika 10000 scheme has started from 7 September 2025 and can be filled offline through Jeevika groups in rural areas or online via the official portal mmry.brlps.in for urban women.

Process to Fill Jeevika 10000 Yojana Form – Rural Women

Women living in villages have to apply through Jeevika Self-Help Groups (SHG) and Village Organizations (VO). The step by step process to fill and submit Jeevika 10000 yojana form is as follows:

Step 1: If you are already part of a Jeevika SHG, go to and attend the meeting organized at your VO.

Step 2: All SHG women will fill the Jeevika 10000 Yojana Form collectively as a group. You will need to carry your Aadhaar copy for identification.

Step 3: Only Aadhaar-linked bank accounts will be used to transfer the money to avoid duplication.

Step 4: Within 5-7 days of form submission, ₹10,000 will be sent directly into your bank account through DBT.

Step 5: If you are not a member of a SHG, first submit a self-declaration at your VO office to join a Jeevika group. Once added, you can attend the group meeting and apply.

Jeevika 10000 Yojana Form Process for Women in Urban Areas

Women living in towns and cities can apply online through the MMRY portal.

Step 1: Visit the official website mmry.brlps.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link “आवेदन करें“.

Step 3: Select whether you are already a member of a SHG. If yes, you need not fill the online form; visit your nearest Jeevika center.

Step 4: If you are not a SHG member, select yes, and, an online application form will open. Enter your Aadhaar number, full name, father’s/husband’s name, and Aadhaar-linked mobile number.

Step 5: Verify your Aadhar and mobile number with OTP and upload documents like Aadhaar card, signature, and passport photo.

Step 6: Submit the form and note the application number. After verification, officials will connect you with a Jeevika group before approving the payment.
