Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced the extension to the last date of Apna Ghar Awas Yojana 2025. Earlier the closing date for the scheme online applications was August 2025, but now applicants can book their flats till 26th November 2025. This extension means families still have a chance to purchase affordable DDA flats in Delhi under the scheme.

DDA Apna Ghar Awas Yojana 2025 – Introduction
DDA Apna Ghar Awas Yojana is running on a “first come, first serve” basis, flats are being booked very quickly. More than 500 flats were already booked on the very first day of the scheme launch. Through this scheme, DDA is offering 7,500 ready-to-move flats across Siraspur, Lok Nayak Puram, and Narela at discounted prices. Discounts range from 25% for LIG flats to 15% for MIG and HIG flats.
Government agencies and universities purchasing more than 10 flats can get an extra 10% discount under the scheme.

These are fully constructed flats, so possession will be provided soon after booking and payment.
Eligibility Conditions
- Applicant must be an Indian citizen above 18 years of age.
- For EWS flats, annual family income must not exceed ₹10 lakh.
- No income ceiling for LIG, MIG, and HIG flats.
- Valid PAN card is mandatory.
- For PwD joint applications, the co-applicant must be an immediate family member.
Process to Apply Online for Apna Ghar Awas Yojana 2025
STEP-1: Visit the Apna Ghar Awas Yojana page of DDA housing website (eservices.dda.org.in), create login ID with PAN and OTP.
STEP 2: Register under the scheme by paying ₹2,500 online (non-refundable).
STEP 3: Select your preferred flat, check layout and details carefully, and lock it.
STEP 4: Once locked, you will get 15 minutes to make payment. During this time, the flat won’t be shown to others.
STEP 5: Within 24 hours, you will receive a Demand-cum-Allotment Letter (DOL).

Documents Needed for Booking
- Aadhaar, Voter ID, Driving License, or other Govt ID
- Attested copy of PAN card
- Bank statement with account details
- Loan sanction letter (if applying for home loan)
- Income certificate (for EWS)
- Disability certificate (for PwD)
- Undertaking of no alteration in the flat
Payment Schedule and Penalties
- Full payment must be made within 60 days of receiving DOL.
- For PwD under hire purchase, 25% within 60 days and rest as EMI up to 15 years.
- Delay up to 2 days: 10% interest.
- Delay 3-60 days: 14% interest, with at least 25% deposit.
- Delay beyond 60 days may result in cancellation.
Home Loan Facility
Applicants can apply for a home loan from any government or recognized private bank within 30 days of receiving the allotment letter. Any delay from the bank side will not be DDA’s responsibility.
Flat Possession
After clearing all dues, applicants will receive an online possession letter. On uploading self-attested documents, the keys will be handed over.
