What is Anna Sahayata?
Anna Sahayata is a citizen-centric digital platform introduced by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Government of India. Its main goal is to make it simple and efficient for PMGKAY beneficiaries to report problems or lodge complaints regarding ration distribution, fair price shops, or any issues faced under the Public Distribution System (PDS).
