Maharashtra government has confirmed the Namo Shetkari Yojana 7th Installment Date and said that the money will be credited to farmers’ bank accounts very soon. Agriculture Minister Dattatray Bharne announced on 4th September 2025 that the installment will most likely be transferred on 17th September 2025, which is the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Namo Shetkari Yojana 7th Installment
This 7th installment will cover the period of April to July 2025, and about 92.36 lakh farmers of the state are expected to receive the benefit. For this payment cycle, the government has approved ₹1,932.72 crore, which will go directly into the accounts of eligible farmers.

₹12,000 Annual Support for Farmers
Under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN), farmers get ₹6,000 every year from the central government. Adding to this, the Maharashtra government provides another ₹6,000 under the Namo Shetkari Mahasanman Nidhi Scheme. This way, farmers of Maharashtra receive a total of ₹12,000 annually. Till now, six installments have already been distributed and this is the seventh one.
Relief for Rain-Affected Farmers
Minister Bharne also said that crop damage assessment caused by heavy rains is almost complete. After the survey, the government will release financial help for affected farmers. He assured that the state government under CM Devendra Fadnavis, Deputy CM Eknath Shinde, and Deputy CM Ajit Pawar is working to provide timely support to farmers in need.
